I heard it said by one former employee at Landvisions, if you were at war, this is the guy you want on your side…he can get just about anything! Beamon is responsible for making sure our crews have what they need to get the job done and done well. He was originally hired as an irrigation tech, however it became apparent early on that his value was far beyond his irrigation license. Beamon oozes a spirit of service and possess a yes mentality that often gets him into trouble…leaving him with way more on his plate than humanly possible to get done. In addition to work, he is a passionate football coach and engaged community leader in his home town of Lindale.
Don’t Let his quiet nature fool you, Jaime is a fierce competitor, and believes deeply about doing things well, no matter how difficult. ‘Jimmy’ as he is know by close friends and co-workers know him, has spent the better part of two decades dedicated to installing beautiful landscapes. He is well respected by all and oversees field crews at Landvisions with an eye for details. As field superintendent, Jimmy is responsible for the day to day logistics and making sure work is moving forward. He spends his free time playing soccer with his two sons, one of which is a defensive starter for the Division 1, National Championship soccer team, the TJC Apaches.
Kyle Pennington merges a quiet, laid-back demeanor with a tenacious drive to be excellent. His deep appreciation for the beauty of natural design makes him a devoted student of exceptional landscapes, and passionate about the development of unique and sophisticated environments.

Originally from Van, Kyle returned to his East Texas roots to join the team at Landvisions and has quickly become a significant contributor to the team as a gifted designer and graphic artist while providing solid leadership in the field.
When he doesn’t have the chance to hunt or fish, Kyle enjoys woodworking, creative projects around the house and good books. He and his wife Kristen live in Tyler, and are passionate about spending time with friends and family.
Spunk is an understatement for the woman that keeps everyone in the office organized. Kelly is the face and voice of Landvisions and blends hospitality and professionalism with ease. If she is not tooling around in her corvette or riding high in her giant F250, Kelly can be seen enjoying her Harley. Needless to say, Kelly is probably the most beautiful and energetic ‘grandmother’ you will ever meet. She has three sons, two in Texas and one serving in the military on the west coast.
