ABOUT YOU

We are looking for Irrigation Crew Leaders with 3+ years of experience working on irrigation installations and maintenance. Applicants must have a working knowledge of irrigation products and installation procedures, and be capable of managing themselves and others on a job site. A great attitude and strong work ethic are a must!

ABOUT THIS POSITION

This is for an Irrigation Crew Leader for daily installation and repair activities. Crew Leaders should be familiar with and capable of installing and repairing all components of an irrigation system as well as evaluating plant health needs related to watering. Applicants must have daily transportation to the office where they clock in and then travel with their crew in a company vehicle to a job site. This is a full-time position and requires the ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, and routinely lift and move landscape material around the job site.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years professional experience related to Irrigation.

  • Working knowledge concerning but not limited to installation and programming of controllers, valves, decoders.

  • Hydraulics principles related to installation and layout of sprinkler heads, laterals, mainlines, and pumps.

  • System Troubleshooting.

  • Irrigation equipment operation & use.

  • Strong ownership mentality with a commitment to hard work, craftsmanship, and customer service.

  • Ability to work on daily/weekly basis with little to no supervision.

  • Strong understanding of project sequencing, scheduling, and material acquisition.

  • Skilled at managing time, crew(s), and multiple priorities to carry out assignments in a timely and thorough manner.

  • Committed to development of crew related to training, evaluations, and individual growth.

  • Bilingual preferred, not required. TCEQ - Technician License preferred, not required.
