EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
Juan is a craftsman if there ever was one. Paying attention to the smallest details while maintaining the essence of the overall design intent, Juan is a valuable member of our Design Build firm. But much more than just an artist with wood, steel and stone, Juan is a beautiful human being, inside and out. His quiet demeanor and subdued leadership style is refreshing for all who work with him. Juan’s slow methodical process, his deep commitment to the men that he leads and his commitment to quality actually foster’s a level of ownership within his crew second to none. Juan is a natural leader, develops men and fosters independent thinking and initiative which ultimately leads to success.
Juan is as committed to his family as his work. Juan always has a project going at the house, working to make their place a better home for his family. He and his wife, Martha, have been together for 14 years and have three children. They enjoy going to movies together and traveling with their three kids and Juan absolutely loves it when Martha slow cooks pork and ‘RED HOT’ chili peppers in a seasoned beef broth.
Q&A WITH JUAn
What do you love about working at Landvisions?
I love working with a company where respect for one another is such an important value. David is a good man and its an honor to work with him. The majority of the other men I get to work with feel the same. I also love the fact that we get to work on such sophisticated projects. I’m challenged on a daily basis to come up with technical solutions and I enjoy going home each day knowing that I contributed to a beautiful project that will be valued and enjoyed by our customers. Developing men and watching them grow personally and professionally is also an important component of why working at Landvisions is so great.
What inspires you?
I’m most inspired by my wife and kids. Watching my family grow motivates me to be a better dad and husband. My life’s work or ‘MISSION’ is all about being who I should be for my family. As I watch how hard life can be and the challenges that my kids will need to overcome as they move towards adulthood, I know that my role as father and husband is important.
What is something that you aspire to or hope to do.
I aspire someday to become a citizen of the United States of America. This country has been so good to me and my family. My wife and kids are US citizens, so it only makes sense that this will someday become a reality for me as well.
