Katie Griffith

“You can better help others grow once you can understand where they come from”, is the driving motivation for Katie in her professional and personal life. She strives to be a friend to all, support her team in every aspect, and puts a great deal of care into promoting the culture and upholding the core values here at Landvisions.

Born and raised in Nacogdoches Texas, Katie grew up as the only child of a dedicated teacher and a successful entrepreneur. The work ethic she learned through their example stuck with her as she began to pursue her own career and graduated from Stephen F. Austin College with a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. She worked as the Human Resource Manager at Sanderson Farms for 5 years. During that time, she learned that the key to success within the Human Resources role is to develop rapport with her team, earn respect by remaining open to help with any task, and using her bubbly sense of humor to maintain a positive work environment.

Katie is passionate about her faith, spending time with family, and especially being anywhere in or on the water!
